Experiences like the one I’ve had with Gary restores one’s faith in humanity. I did not even hire him. I had a whole list of questions about various issues with my old house that may or may not be up to code. Gary patiently answered all of my inquiries, basically helping me navigate a minefield. I now feel like I know just what I need to do going forward, and when it comes time to get an inspection, I will be calling him for sure.

I had 1 Day Home Inspection do two inspections for me while I was looking to buy a home. They were able to find issues with the first house that I never would have found myself and ultimately ended up daving us a ton of money and regret. Both times they gave us a thorough report with all the information we could possibly need. The turnaround time was super fast as well. My inspection was completed in perfect timing. I had a report back super quickly. The inspector was amazing and very polite. He made sure that I had all the information I needed and didn't hesitate to go over things with me when I had questions. This is an amazing company and they really take the time to make sure that you know absolutely everything about the house you're planning to buy. I highly recommend this company. They really made buying my first home so much easier.

Using 1 Day Home Inspection was a really nice experience. I am a first time home buyer so I've never been through this process before. I explained that to my inspector and he was nice enough to go over a few things with me. When I got my report he also made a point of letting me know that I could reach out if I had additional questions. I was given so much information about the house and really enjoyed having my inspection done by these guys. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who's in the market.

Gary did a great inspection on a home we were purchasing! The seller provided an inspection report from a company we had used previously and had been happy with, but Gary was much more thorough. He found additional problems and gave us great advice on how to handle fixing different issues in terms of priority and timeframes. He also took the time to type up and finalize the report the same day (a Saturday), because we had a very short inspection period. We will DEFINITELY be using him in the future if we need inspections and will recommend him to our friends.
