My daughter moved in there in November 2024 and they still haven't fixed a window that doesn't fit in the windowsill and it's now March 2025. They don't have a maintenance man and no one is ever in the office. And when you do see someone they tell you to request the issue be fixed online. That never gets done. I wouldn't recommend for the price.

I had the opportunity to visit the interior of this building recently. I found that the lobby area and hallways smelled of an awful, old, mildew type scent. It was quite overpowering. I had to bite my tongue in order to conceal my distaste. Perhaps the maintenance man will consider some kind of carpet cleaning, or even better the management might want to replace these carpets. I can't know for sure, I would assume they are as old as the building? All I know is if I lived there I would not be pleased approaching my living quarters. In fact I get the feeling nobody says anything. The tenants say nothing because they are embarrassed, the maintenance says nothing because what can they do, the building says nothing because it would cost money to fix. Just my opinion.

As a UCSC student, the location is convenient for accessing the metro station to bus to campus. The rooms are nice and sizable for living and working in. The problem is how loud it is downtown. Concerts are happening just about every night making it very difficult to fall asleep. This is a huge issue and if you value your rest then this is not a good option for you.

Management is pretty bad. Noise at all hours of the night. Homeless people fighting and screaming 2 nights a week. Apartments are expensive for what's inside. Stuff was broken when I moved in 5 months ago and they still haven't fixed it.

we have lived here just over a year... and still love it! Our unit is a premium corner unit with an amazing view down Pacific ave.. we have not had any problems with management or parking..

I only did a quick job at this complex, but I was pleased with the location, friendly office lady, and clean crisp building and apartment I went to. It shows pride and happiness throughout the site.

It doesn't get more central than this location, bang in the center of town. However, it doesn't come cheap either.
