I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been with Michelle and David. They only take private appointments only, so when you go in for shopping they are able to completely focus on you and what you’re looking for. I’ve gone in a few times and every time has been the best experience. The first time I went in I got a beautiful tennis bracelet, and the next time I went I got my wedding band with my fiancé. We could not have had a better experience shopping for a replacement to my engagement ring that I lost after 33 years of marriage. We called 1800 Loose Diamonds a couple of days in advance to let them know we were shopping for a radiant cut, high quality 4-4.5 carat lab grown diamond. We had seen one in a local jewelry store of a similar quality and size and knew that was what we wanted. When we arrived, Elan had several to show us. All of them were absolutely gorgeous! We selected one and described the kind of unusual setting we wanted. After dialoging over a period of a week or so during which Elan was incredibly patient with my design requests and revisions, he sent me images of the design. It was perfect! He mailed it to us, fully insured, and it is ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE! The best part is that the diamond cost approximately one quarter of the cost of the one we saw in our local jewelry store. TAKE THE TRIP, IT IS SO WORTH IT!
