The services I received has been good thus far. Ed, the realtor that showed me the property was great with excellent communication. Also, Ana & Stephen was great being hands on with answering all my questions and ensuring I had all that I needed. More importantly when I had a issue they were on top of it and resolved it immediately. However, there's always room for improvement with customer service with the assistants when calling into the office, but that didn't hinder my overall impression and experience with the realtor and agents. Thank you for your time and service.

I wouldn't recommend 1st rate rentals to anyone! I have been renting from them for 4 years now! And I have rented other homes for over 30 years, and 1st rate rentals are the only people that I know that raise the rent every single year! They are only out for the money. The home that I live in has no kind of upgrades, but yet they want to continuously raise the rent, and then tell me that it's the owners request! Wich is a bunch of lies! Because I have contacted the owner myself. I can't wait to vacate the premises. And another thing, when I first moved in the house it was so dirty, as I offered to clean it fot free before I moved in, but 1st rate told me that the owner said no, because he had his own cleaning crew! Wich was another lie! The owner himself told me later on down the line that 1st rate charged him an outrageous amount to clean the 2 times, and it still wasn't clean, they just wanted the money for something that wasn't done right after 2 times. So whoever rent from them beware! Because they're not for the tenants.

I would like to thank First Rate Rentals for the great experience. I would also like to thank Edward P for going above and beyond... from helping us with home tours prior to beginning our lease, to doing our walk through when our lease ended. He is amazing and has exceptional customer service skills. A big plus from my personal experience with this company is that we returned the home in excellent condition and we received our full deposit in return with no issues. I highly recommend these guys!

I have lived at two different 1st rate rentals properties for 6 years now. The staff has always been very nice and quick to resolve any concerns I’ve had. Their website is really easy to navigate, and I love being able to pay my rent or request repairs online. Michael has done every annual home inspection and he has always been very professional and insightful. If you like living in a well maintained home I would really recommend renting a property from first rate rentals.
