My first property manager in Sacramento was untrustworthy and unreliable. A family friend introduced me to Effie and 25th Street Properties. I could not be more pleased. Honest, reliable, friendly and easy to work with, great communication. A complete 180 of my previous property manager. We are so fortunate to have 25th Street Properties taking care of our home. Highly recommend to everyone. The tenants seem to love her too. Always gives honest feedback and looks out for her the best interest for everyone.

Worked with 25th Street and Effie for many years as a property owner. 25th street kept my home continually occupied without gaps in rental income. They are fantastic about communicating on issues as often or as infrequently as you like. I preferred less communication unless a certain $ threshold was reached on repairs and most often 25th street just handled everything and I did not need to be bothered. It was smooth sailing! In addition, I never had complaints from tenants that issues were not being addressed. 25th street reacted immediately when a tenant had an issue and got the problem resolved. I worked for a number of years with a different very large and reputable management company in the area and only wished I had found 25th street at the beginning as they were fantastic to work with! Not to mention, very reasonably priced. To the very end they went above and beyond. I ended up selling my home and 25th street did so many additional things to help during the sale process as I live far from Sacramento...things that would not typically be handled by a property manager. They carried the property through to the end, even after the tenants had moved out. Overall extremely pleased with the service! Highly recommend them.

!!SENIORS BEWARE OF 25TH STREET PROPERTIES!!

The Manager EFFINA ORN completely verbally-abused, threatened and took advantage of my senior single mother, all in the name of profits for her own pocket.

My mother is the nicest and most reasonable retired local elementary school teacher. It is my absolute pet peeve when these predatory companies take advantage of innocence and good nature.

Feel free to inquire about the specifics of why this woman/company should absolutely be avoided.
