Katie is a godsend! She and Janine agreed to take on my condo association after our previous management company took money without permission and then abruptly quit. Katie cleaned up the previous management company's messes and protected the Association. She opened up a bank account immediately, set up all members with the new auto-pay system, collected and paid for all our bills, and enforced undisclosed debts from a seller. She's smart, resourceful, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. We are very lucky.

Janine manages not only the condo building where I am an absentee landlord, but also manages the unit I owned until recently. It has been a pleasure to work with her and Katie. More importantly, for reasons unrelated to 360 CRES, and after 34 years of owning the place, it was time to sell. We (my daughter and I) wanted to do some upgrades prior to selling. I live in Maryland, and although a UW grad, as is my daughter, I really know nobody in Madison to do work on my unit. The place was bought to house my two kids when they were students and the rentals thereafter "just happened." Now that we wished to sell, Janine was an amazing resource. She worked with my daughter who went to Madison to select colors and flooring for the upgrade. Janine knew the right contractors, and realtors. She met on-site with my daughter and we met on the phone. The realtor she recommended sold the place in four hours after listing. My last tenant was there for several years. I called them for a report card on 360 from time to time and they had nothing but good words to say about 360, Janine and Katie. I had other management companies earlier and had my share of problems with them. From the perspective of a unit owner, 360 was the ideal choice.

Slumlords who don’t know a good Tennant when they have one . Jeanine is a real piece of work on a power trip who neglects the property she should be taking care of and loves to hear herself talk, whatever you do don’t interrupt her unless you want to be illegally evicted, Use security cameras If you are not home and give at least 2 years notice if your ceiling is caving in .
