Would give 0 stars if possible. Management does not help whether with police reports or general quality of life issues. They will "forward" your issues to 50 different departments before you end up giving up and moving out anyway - building is dirty and and paper thin walls. Don't bother.

clean area, great place to raise kids. You're also a couple blocks away from the bridge that walks you over to long island city. You can also walk about 10 minutes to the G train. Very quiet and the view at night is beautiful.

A Beauty! clean yard for tenents view to the city, washer room, gym room, bike room elevators, stainless steel appliances . Awesome view of city and green point. Excellent neighborhood, central air 🙂

I really wish the walls weren’t paper thin. People blast their music n it can be heard clearly in the next apt even in the ones below. Please be courteous to ur neighbors.
