This year would have been my 4th year renewing my lease here but these apartments have gone down hill and I am out of here. Office staff and management are rude and do not respond to emails in a timely manner. They falsely accused my son of destroying property (gate) with absolutely no proof. I was out of town as I had just lost my father and my grandmother days apart when I received a lease violation via email. So I call to see what it’s about and Elizabeth tells me that my son was seen destroying a gate. I asked when this was because we had been out of town for two weeks as my grandmother had been on hospice. Long story short it was a completely false and baseless accusation and she showed no empathy for the fact that I was out of town dealing with not 1 but 2 deaths. I’ve also started having bug problems and the new additions to the community are loud, play loud music and hang out in the parking lot drinking late at night. If you are desperate this place will work but if you want something nice, peaceful and quiet this place is not it. Oh yeah and be prepared for your water to be shut off on a regular basis for repairs. Parking is terrible. So glad I found something better and I will not be renewing this year.

I lived almost 3 years in this complex complying with all the rules that a good citizen would do, after the contract ended and I moved I received a very important document in my previous apartment and the people from the leasing office did not want to help me look for the document that is simply to take it out of the mail and that's it, I have gone to knock on the door of the person who currently lives and nothing that I find her, I notify that in the office and they don't care. It's not well done to do that kind of evil with someone who was a client of yours

For all immigrants who come to do things well I do not recommend renting in this complex, there are many more where they truly value you and collaborate with what you need. From my own experience I say it, I lived here for 2 years and when I left they didn't want to collaborate in the office with a package that was delivered to my old address, the worst enemy of a Hispanic will always be another Hispanic.. blessings

I sent an email to the email they gave me and it didn't help, you cover your backs and don't help solve any problems with the previous tenants

Apartments are in good shape and the office staff is friendly. I have not had any issues with pests and maintenance requests made online are typically handled the next day.

Security gates are broken and left completely open for cars almost all the time and the pedestrian gates always have a physical fist sized lock preventing them from closing. Despite this I feel safe walking my dog in the middle of the night as I rarely encounter anyone else out there.

**Edit** There's been a lot of gunshots lately and I don't know what that's about.

Parking is very limited and there are times when the guest parking is totally filled, half of which appear to be resident vehicles. There are some creative improvised parking solutions that people seem to utilize overnight.

Its highly disappointing seeing so many negative reviews about things that have absolutely nothing to do with the property and only to do with how people take care of their home. I moved here two years ago and have been saving money on buying a home, ill be moving this coming month so here's a legitimate review.
The apartments are cheap for the area.
Maintenance is actually quick but aren't the best with repairs.
Trash comes regularly.
Neighbors are as friendly as you choose to be.
To the person who complained about this place catering to primarily Hispanics, this is an Hispanic/African American complex. Get over it...
I will say that I have had problems. I had my car towed because the complex failed to notify me about the new stickers. I called the office and the individual told me, when I asked to make it write on their end... "Why would we need to make it right when you failed to file the correct information?" I called the corporate location, the manager called and said someone else filed under my apartment number. They paid for my tow and I picked up my car with no cost if my own. This isn't a bad place to live, its a good price with a great location. The office is friendly and try to help despite one bad thing happening in two years. Parking is not a choice situation though, they need to enforce and make sure they don't overbook residents.

Living on the first floor will almost guarantee that you have roaches, parking is also not that good, I've been here for 7 months and have seen 2 people get killed in the Aspen apartments across the street, LOTS of gunshots over there. Elizabeth is the sweetest, and maintenance is generally on time to fix issues. Overall my stay here was good but the roaches are bad, not gonna lie.

Lived here for two years and plan on staying. Office is really friendly. Maintenance is nice and quick to help. Rent hasn't gone up astronomically when its time to renew.

The facility is just terrible. I had a big roach problem and the parking was a mess. Dog poop everywhere. Not to mention that the people that reside there are of very poor character. I tried to chat up some neighbors and they completely ignored me. I also lived on the second floor and had the lady beneath me contact the police twice because I was too loud. I am one of the quietest people so it was hard to understand.
The one good thing is the leasing office was more than nice and accommodating with me and allowed me out of my lease due to harassment from the downstairs neighbor. The people in the office treat you like a person. too bad the place is rundown.

Recently moved out of this complex. I'll list the complaints first.

The parking situation is a joke. Most nights if you get home after 8pm you have to park outside the gate.

Half the time, either the exit gate or entrance gate is broken, which normally doesn't bother me, but considering the cost of rent, I would like my gated community to stay gated.

The office is extremely unresponsive and they make it seem that you are inconveniencing them anytime you go in to ask for help.

The office also lost several of my packages, since delivery cannot get through the gate.

The office also never answers the phone or returns voicemails.

A good amount of the neighbors are rude and trashy. Best example being that several of the residents would cat call my GF and block parking spots by parking on the fire lane for hours.

The only good thing about this complex is how great the maintenance guys are. They are extremely nice and always resolved my maintenance problems fast.

The emergency maintenance phone number is the only way to get any sort of timely response.

Overall I would not recommend staying at this complex due to the problems and fairly expensive rent.
