Parking building included, cash or card accepted. Building is very clean and well kept, I came for my dermatology appointment and everything was smoothe and easy. I like not having to worry about parking before appointments. Only wish they'd validate it at least, but it's fine.

Building management drop the ball. We have leaking on the ceiling on the same place over & over. Three times in 3-4 months. Plumbing problems that only bring patched won’t solve the problem. This time they said it’s our AC, First of all, it’s exactly the same leaking /pouring from the two incidents before that caused by restroom upstairs. Hence the nasty stain color on ceilings. Second of all,even if the AC, it’s still your building AC that still part of building.
Incident happened on Wednesday & still nobody change the ceilings that has stain. As I’m writing now , Saturday, that nasty stains will turn to mold with moisture,

Health Hazard for your tenant!!

It’s a shame that every time we have leaking, we reported & still no follow up from building management. We have to chase them to change the ceiling & fix problem.

Temporary patch won’t fix the problem. Try fix the source of leaking.

Visitors going to the gym are nasty and inconsiderate. They leave their trash everywhere in the parking basement. On top of that I've witness a few opening their door hitting the car next to them without a care in the world. Douchbag gym members.

I had an appointment with Dr Zarrini, at first the parking was a bit confusing because there is an underground parking garage but the gates are closed so if you visit you have to park next door , other than that it was a smooth visit. Dr Zarrini and his staff are top notch.

The security guard is never there when I leave my doctor appointment to operate the handicap lift while she knows she just let me up in it. There was nowhere to sit and wait for another guard to come. A kind stranger helped me down the stairs. Meanwhile, I watched 3 men trip on one of the steps going up while I was waiting. Those marble-like steep steps are treacherous!

I visited this place so that I could go to Castor eye center where I got my LASIK surgery. They validate parking and it's super easy to park and get to the office which is rare in Beverly hills and Santa Monica.

Cannot be any happier with this podiatrist office. Everybody from the staff to the doctors and the nurses are amazing. They really care about you and I highly recommend them.
