Sal (Suliman) Sollar was an incredible partner to us in our process of buying our first home. We were looking to buy during a time when housing prices were unprecedented and interest rates began to rapidly rise. Initially, we were not sure of exactly where we wanted to live of what type of home we preferred. Sal was knowledgeable in helping us determine what we could expect with each house we toured, and how prudently and safely leverage our means to offer on the best homes available. This was invaluable to us as first time homebuyers that were learning about the process on our own. Throughout the journey, Sal always had our best interest at heart. He really helped us think through the right questions to ask ourselves to develop a deeper understanding of what our needs and wants are in a home.
