He’s easy going, generally getting everything done and went to bat for me with the roofer who the building inspector found issues with the flashing. He also called the Electrician who conveniently had no record of doing any work at the property. He comes prepared and has a high level of energy and enthusiasm about an old house that was solidly constructed with wood that cannot be replaced.
