David and Devin helped sell our family home in Albany due to a divorce. Needless to say, I entered the process with a high level of anxiety. Devin met me at the house and immediately reassured me that he and his father would make the process as easy as possible. David was the expert at finding contractors to make repairs and improvements to the house. The workers he selected were incredibly nice, professional, competent and reasonable. It is clear that David has an excellent relationship with these folks as they only had positive things to say about David's and Devin's ethics and professionalism. I don't want to forget Marie who also works with the team. She provided timely and accurate information on the many forms that are involved in the sale of a house. We also completely underestimated how much a realtor's connections and reputation would matter in this process. We were always in awe of the great relationships Devin keeps with other realtors, and how that helps the client. We couldn't have done this without Devin, and can't imagine working with anyone else. After an extensive (joyous!) search with Devin, we landed in a home in a location we originally thought was unattainable for our budget, with a much bigger layout and square footage than we ever could have dreamed of (with a view and walkability- Devin truly made the impossible possible).
