My partner and I just purchased a new home and had the good fortune of having Marilyn as our realtor. She helped us through the whole process as our search lasted several months in this difficult market. Marilyn met us for open houses and had a keen eye for aspects of each house to take into account. She kept us well informed about what to expect and what was reasonable. When a home we were interested in needed work, Marilyn helped connect us to trusted vendors to help us make an informed offer.
