Working with Carrie and Calia homes was such an amazingly good experience. My uncles passed away and I was left with the difficult job of selling his house. Carrie and her team made the whole process so easy and took care of every detail. From day one when she showed up with an accurate cost analysis and projections, to knowing good people to help with everything -- Estate Sale, Staging, etc -- Carrie and her team at Calia homes made everything crystal clear. In the end, they delivered on every promise made and I got a much better price than I had expected. I would use Carrie and Calia homes again and recommend anyone doing real estate business in the Berkeley area make them your first port of call.
