pro: Nice apartment project. Good finish. Good location beside pallady mall
Con: Apartment is far from cultural center. Apt door has small height without hand locking system. No windows at hallway.
The block length is way too long. Those who buy the inside apartment view are really surrounded and blocked by apartment view

Only one way for entry and exit, roads are pretty narrow and zero visitors parking.
