My siblings and I cannot say enough great things about the expertise and professionalism Amy brought to the recent sale of our mother’s home. Having such a skilled agent was a blessing. Amy consistently provided lightning fast responses to any and all of our questions, honest advice, and superior market knowledge. These are just a few of her top qualities . Amy priced our mom’s home wisely, had it prepped and ready to sell in record time, handled multiple open houses and showings in a short period of time, and helped us navigate and assess multiple offers - all very high above asking. When things felt stressful, she was able to coach and guide us confidently, to an excellent result. The icing (and sprinkles) on the cake? Amy is warm, extremely easy-going, fun to work with, and has a great sense of humor.

Amy and Dana were amazing to work with! I was referred to Amy by my loan officer Casey Sullivan. I was able to close around 30 days after my offer was accepted. They are detailed, efficient, HIGHLY responsive, and proactive. Amy is extremely good at negotiations and she is able to see the big picture. Her advise is realistic and encouraging. I wish I could give them a million stars, because my 1st time home buying process was so smooth and efficient.

Amy and Dana were fantastic to work with. I am a first time home buyer and felt very overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a house, but I never felt uncomfortable asking them for guidance no matter how silly my questions seemed. We looked for over a year and they really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the place that I eventually bought.
