Me and my fiance are first time buyers, we looked for houses once a long, long time ago with a different realtor but with the local market being so crazy, we were always outbid and the process just became so disheartening that we gave up. We finally decided to give it another go and I had no idea who to call. I searched the internet and scheduled five appointments determined to do my due diligence. Of course Tracy was the first to reply. We met with her in person and we just clicked and I ended up cancelling my other appointments and I'm so glad that we did.

Even from the first call where we were still planning a face to face she had already helped us tremendously by referring us to local lenders (check out Dominic Villa at Summit, you won't be sorry!) over national and big box banks. We didn't have a full 20% down and she showed us ways to help strengthen our offer in a variety of ways. Throughout the entire process she was always was a step ahead of everyone from the lender to the various inspection people, the appraisal person and the escrow company she was on it and at every appointment, many we couldn't make it to. At the end of the process, she had two amazing binders made for us, one with all the HOA documents and another one with all the mortgage and home docs from along the way. It even had these amazing extras down to the local visitors guide and the seller's sheet from the open house as a memento!

Now here is the impressive part, our timeline:
Face to face with Tracy: 6/20
Approval from New Lender: 6/26
First Day of House Tours: 6/27
Offer Made: 6/28
Offer Accepted: 6/29
Keys: 7/15

Thereโ€™s a lot to tasks and people to manage, there are many small nuances and deep understanding to make this happen and Tracy is masterful at the full process. She is truly a miracle worker and I will forever sing her praises. It's kinda sad the process didnโ€™t take longer because weโ€™ll miss hanging out with her. The only thing Tracy didn't help with was moving my couch! I am still bothering her now a week after with items left behind by the seller and she is still responding super quickly.
