Glen was great to work with! He and his team really understood our house and how to market it (most importantly, they recognized what was special and unique about it, and focused on that, attracting many potential buyers). Glen Bell of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate in Berkeley, working with his colleague, Norm Gee, sold two of our rental properties in Berkeley over the past few years. The most recent sale was in February, 2024. These agents provided us with a thorough understanding of the real estate markets that each of these properties would be entering, and they enabled us to prepare the properties for entry into those markets. Both properties required varying degrees of renovation, with the more recently sold property needing quite extensive work. They stayed on top of the renovation process, generated estimates for work, monitored developments with contractors, and reviewed final workmanship. They helped us develop a thorough set of documents and forms for prospective buyers to review, and they worked with the staging company to enhance the buildings before they went on the market.
