Me and my husband over the years have dealt with 5 different property managers and HomeRentSource is the WORST. Not only are they unwilling to provide the things they say that they will, they will argue physical evidence. We have it in writing that they will provide the means for us to be able to abide by the HOA laws for our neighborhood. They are unwilling to provide these things, and are wanting US to pay the fine which seems ridiculous. We are not allowed to make changes to the property, so even if we wanted to make the necessary changes to be able to abide by the HOA laws, we are not allowed. The HOA has been as understanding as possible and is just doing their job. HomeRentSource is the real issue here. If you are considering renting a home or any type of unit with this company, I suggest you keep moving on. We would never recommend this company, and would only recommend that you stay far away from them. HomeRentSource is a company that has no integrity, honesty and does not value its tenants in the slightest. Displeased is an understatement.
