I’ve lived here for a very long time and will say management has gotten so good! They are quick with response time, a maintenance team on deck to fix any issues that are in the building. Very clean for the most part, you could expect people outside of the apt to leave a mess but within days it’s normally picked up after and my favorite features are the roof top during golden hour and valley trash! Life savers!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There’s a huge roach problem—no matter what they say about pest control, it doesn’t work. We’ve seen tons of roaches in our unit, and it’s just disgusting.

On top of that, someone on our floor is always smoking weed, and the smell fills the hallways. It’s super strong and unbearable. This person also acts really weird in the halls, which makes the whole place feel unsafe.

The worst part? The leasing office staff. They’re super slow and don’t seem to care at all. Every time they promise to fix something, it takes forever, or nothing happens. It’s just so frustrating.

If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. These problems aren’t going away, and the management doesn’t seem to care. Look for somewhere better where you can actually feel comfortable living.

I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex. There is a severe roach infestation—pest control efforts are completely ineffective, and we’ve seen hundreds of roaches in our unit alone. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Additionally, someone on our floor is constantly smoking weed, filling the hallways with an unbearable smell. This person often walks around behaving strangely, making the environment feel unsafe. Despite bringing these issues to the apartment management team multiple times, they have been unresponsive and unhelpful.

If you’re considering living here, I would urge you to look elsewhere. These problems are persistent, and the management does not seem to care.

Leasing team is so helpful and incredible. They are amazing and efficient in maintenance and providing Grab and Go
