We lived in our townhouse for two years and loved every minute of it! We moved to Albany from Brooklyn and Roland was such a huge help throughout that process. From then on, he was always on top of everything, fielded all of our questions, and was always proactive about solutions. On top of that, our townhouse was new, renovated, and unique.

Enjoyed being a part of this community for 6 years! Roland was an attentive & respectful landlord. Issues were addressed promptly, messages responded to in a timely manner & I especially appreciated that he only ever entered the house when necessary. No one really wants to be bothered by their landlord😄 We loved that we could live there with our dogs. The property was well kept & neighbors were also respectful. I highly recommend working with this company to find a place to live.

We have been living in the Park Plaza building in Albany managed by SWB Living/Bond Properties for over 2 years now. We love this place and our family feels at home here in large part due to the excellent work of Roland, the property manager. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. We share the building with great tenants creating a safe environment with a good vibe to it. Roland is very responsive and hardworking and you can see him always with a smile on his face. In a rare occasion when we needed a repair in the bathroom that could have waited a few days, Roland decided to fix it right away on a Saturday evening. This is what Roland does. He goes out of his way to please his tenants and take care of them.
My wife and two kids also love this place. We feel very lucky to live here and we plan to stay for a long time. Properties like this, both beautiful and professionally maintained, are a rare gem in this area. Kudos to Roland and the rest of the management team. Thanks for making our family stay in this property a real treat!

My husband and I have lived in one of the Bonds Properties in El Cerrito for the last few months. Roland, the property Manager, helped us visit a few properties before we settled on the one we’re in. We like our apartment which is maintained very nicely by Roland. We could not have a better property Manager than Roland. He is very professional and friendly, always going out of his way to meet our needs. We definitely recommend Bonds Properties as long as Roland stays with them!

I have had the good fortune of finding a place through Bond Properties this year. I started my lease in March-April and from the first email to Roland (the property manager), I have been pleased by the service and the enhancement to my quality of life. The property is great but Roland makes it all work. He was patient, accommodating, and helpful from day 1 and he continues to be so. I don't have to reach out to him often, but when I do he respond right away and resolves any issue. I highly recommend the company and their properties.

We stayed in this property for a little over two-year. Roland, the property manager is very respectful and professional. Roland always fix issues in a timely manner. The property is always cleaned and well-maintained by professional and Keith. Neighbors are super friendly which is a plus. Ohh and Keith always makes sure the trash room stay clean and organize so I never worry about raccoons. So far I am very happy with this management.

My family of four, has been renting from Bonds Property for 2+years now. We have been extremely happy with our unit and the common areas in the apartment complex, which are always kept clean and well maintained. We feel very lucky to have found our apartment and especially to have found Roland, our Property Manager. Roland is a kind, attentive, accommodating, considerate and very professional person, who gives a true sense of comfort and safety to the Park Plaza community. He has always responded right away to our needs and is even available on the weekends to make sure all is OK. Roland handles and solves all situations in a fast and effective manner. During the whole process he is communicative, professional and most of all concerned about the comfort of the whole family.
One of Roland’s, among many others, outstanding qualities is his great disposition when dealing with people. He deeply cares for the well-being of all neighbors; it is not rare to see him wondering the property always in the look out, making sure all is safe, keeping the laundry room neatly, and organizing the garbage area. And, as he takes care of his manager duties, he will always take a few moments to say hi, with a big smile on his face, and wish you happy day.
We could not be happier to be living in The Park Plaza building, where safety, cleanness, professionalism and sense of caring are always a priority, thanks to Roland’s high quality management. We plan to continue to live here for many years to come, because we truly feel at home.

I have been renting from Bonds Properties for six years now, and my experience especially with Roland, (The Property Manager), have been exceptionally positive. He is very responsive, and always there if someone needs help. He will go out of his way to make sure all tenants are taken care of. I can not imagine moving somewhere else, as long as I'm renting this place is the safest and best place in this area.
