College station is amazing! I am writing this after just receiving a free chicken biscuit from the wonderful staff for pre-finals fuel. I already feel more motivated to take these tests. The best apartment management company. You hear many horror stories of people’s apartments never getting fixed, having roof leaks, AC problems, etc. but never with College Station. I complained of a slow leaking drain and had a technician in my apartment and fixing the problem within the hour. My apartment is very cheap but the management makes it feel like a luxury service
