Highly recommend Shauna's services at Melissa Berry, she was helpful and went above and beyond for us. Shauna came to view our house several years ago, although we changed our mind about selling at the time we were so impressed with her attitude and expertise we tracked her down at Melissa Berry! Shauna communicated brilliantly and we were always in the loop, she was proactive and responsive with updates. We accepted an offer within 2 weeks. We loved that she gave us lots of tips and advice on selling our home, something we hadn't found in other agents in Prestwich. Shauna also recommended a local removal company 'we move it a2b' who did a great job and were able to help last minute.

I have recently sold my house through Melissa Berry Estate Agents and honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

Melissa is local and knows the area really well and I just really wanted to go with a local person who knew the area well.

Selling houses is really stressful and there were quite a few delays, due to issues lower down the chain (absolutely nothing related to Melissa Berry). Melissa was great at chasing things up and pushing other estate agents and solicitors to agree an exchange date. She really invested time in helping me and offering me therapy when needed!!! but I also appreciated that she was always realistic about the situation and how long the delays might take to resolve. Which for me felt really important.

She really did go the extra mile for me to push to get the delays sorted. Really don't think I would have got this level of personal service from a larger estate agent.

So I would highly recommend Melissa and the whole team. They have all been great.

No communication or customer service.

Bid for a house through them on Monday. Got told via email that we will hear from them first thing Tuesday.

By 4:45 pm Tuesday after I rang them, They email saying the seller is still considering.

On Wednesday it then gets to 2 o’clock, I ring them and they say their phone line went down and couldn’t ring me to tell me that our bid had been rejected. They gave no reason for why they couldn’t have even emailed.

No communication or update in the 48 hour period we had put a bid in and they didn’t have the decency to tell us about our bid had been rejected.

Would not recommend.
