Since the moment we met Jon as the property manager of our rental house we knew we were going to be in good hands. He is very efficient if a problem happens and to fix it as soon as possible. His personality is very friendly and easy to work with! We appreciate all the work he has done for us and to make this house rental an easy place to live in.

Worst management company i have ever encountered, they are unresponsive, Roxy (not sure what her tittle really is) is always handling some personal issue or has a sob story as to why she cannot send someone out, there was a Nancy whom seemed to have gotten fired and was replaced by a Ginger none of which where ever responsive anyways. Im glad my property was sold, am hoping that this new mgt. Company is better. I didnt give them 0 stars as ot is not an option.

They had my unit ready in 1 week after it had not been updated in over 7 years. Replaced the old carpet with laminate flooring and had the unit painted and cleaned.
Unit was rented with in 2 weeks at a rental rate higher than i had anticipated. Great Job!

Friendly office and good communication. Duplex was listed and rented out within weeks. It’s especially important to be able to count on a company who is responsible and will indeed follow through on tenant requests!
