I recently worked with Marcos to find a condo in North County San Diego and was throughly impressed. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure I got wat I was after, even going so far as to pull a list of "likely sellers" in my favorite neighborhood from the local title company of and reachingout to them directly. While my timeline prevented finding a seller in this way, the initiative Marcos showed from doing this was well passed what I'd expect from a new (or even seasoned) agent. Marcos always kept me informed, had answeres to my questions, and made himself available when I needed assistance. He was a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely seek him out again if I have any future realistate needs.
