Stay here for a family trip & it was so nice all the amenities available. We were able to cook all our meals comfortably in the home. We LOVED the ping pong table & had a tournament one night in the garage. The beds were extremely comfortable. We got to see all the sights we wanted to see with the redwoods, the ocean, & the lighthouse. And then was able to decompress very easily every night to have energy for the next adventure. Overall would LOVE to stay here again!

What a great home! It was new, clean, spacious, and a perfect spot for our other family members to come enjoy a meal and even play a board game around the DR table. The hosts had everything needed right at our fingertips, and even supplied us with coffee, tea, and some snacks to enjoy. And, Maria was close by in case we needed anything. Thanks for a great getaway spot!!

Wonderful 5 night stay at this Airbnb. Gorgeous large house, stocked with everything we needed. Keurig machine with pods and creamers. Right behind Walmart which was super convenient! Pet friendly with a fenced back yard. Thank you for the great stay!

I moved into one of the two bedroom units when it was just finished and brand spanking new just a little over a year ago. I love our spacious dwelling. It offers us lots of room for privacy as well as open areas to hang out together. I especially love the kitchen and counterbar as it allows me to cook but still be a part of conversation with my family and/or any guests present in our home. The amount of storage space is amazing. The kitchen has cabinets and cupboards and a pantry that are more than ample for all of my dishes pots and pans and food. All of the cupboards and drawers open and close smoothly and automatically with a touch. The laundry room is so convenient being upstairs and being so spacious again with cupboardand storage space for all of our linens and towels and much more. There is a walk-in closet in the laundry room that I use as a small sewing room and craft area extra bonus . The sink in the laundry is an added convenience and the appliances including the washer and dryer are large loading and high-end. The bedrooms are probably my favorite because of their size. There is a large bathroom in each of the bedrooms as well as a half bath in the downstairs area. The upstairs bathroom each has double sinks, large shower and large storage space for clothing or Linens. My bedroom, for example, actually has room do you have both a living room sitting area and a bedroom area. There is great natural light in the upstairs bedrooms and a nice space between the two bedrooms which are separated by a large landing area at the top of the stairs and offers lots of privacy and distance between the two so one can watch TV in one room and the other can sleep soundly with out even knowing there's anyone else in the house. The best part about Redwood Harbor is its management team, Maria and Josh, who live on site and have been available even during their time off to meet the needs of the residents. Maria runs the office and has been so positive, efficient, and flexible to ensure that maintenance, rent, and overall facility management runs smoothly and timely while at the same time being very empathetic and willing to work with residents when life throws curveballs. If any thing is wrong or needs fixing in the unit, Maria immediately makes arrangements with Josh to have repairs done and most of the time they get done the next day if not the same day as the request was made. Any other place I've ever lived it always took weeks and constant badgering on the part of the residence to get repairs done. Maria and Josh's teamwork is exceptional and much appreciated by all! eexperience. Both of them have been great intermediaries between the owners, builders and the residents and always try to reach a common outcome where both sides are satisfied. While the construction process has taken a long time it is not due to lack of effort on Redwood Harbor's behalf but rather the city approval of permits and timelines out of their control. The location is also great . We can ride our bikes to Walmart for our shopping needs in less than 5 minutes , go to the beach Which is about a mile away or hit the Smith River and kayak less than 5 Mi away. The garage size in our two bedroom unit Ella has plenty of room for kayaks, I work area and room for bicycles and tools. I look forward to the completion of a play area for the kids and secretly hope for a community garden and small dog park:-) on the surrounding property. The only two things that I would change is the size of the backyards which are extremely small and to have the ability to make ice in the fabulous refrigerator freezer provided to all residents but sadly no water line hook up to do so. Overall, if ice and backyard space are the only two improvements that could be made, I feel like we have a fabulous home and a team that supports its residents and its community on a level that surpasses any that I have experienced before. I would highly recommend Redwood Harbor who's housing meets the needs of both families as well as visiting tourists and traveling doctors and nurses.
