Anthony was super helpful in finding an apartment that suited my partner and I’s needs. He answered every question we had and made sure that we were able to get in sooner than expected! Anthony was extremely kind, prompt, and honest about any concerns we had. Neighbors are so friendly and most keep to themself. I feel safe here and that’s what matters to me most. This is the perfect place for families. Our time here has been great and I’m sure it’ll remain that way!

I HIGHLY recommend Canterra. Not only is the staff property team professional, kind, and prompt with communication but the location, amenities, and apartment are very nice. An extra shoutout for the best maintenance team I’ve worked with. When I enter requests they are addressed/resolved immediately. Great experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is the worst! They have the worst follow through. The apartments are like slapping lipstick on a pig & the constant mismanagement from the front office is not worth it. We will not be renewing our lease. I recommend you don’t move here either.

The management team is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, Joy is always so sweet and reassuring of the best service. She is always friendly, approachable , and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience with maintenance either, Jose, Eric, and Carlos are always on top of their craft and I couldn’t be happier.

I was called a homophobic slur in my apartment (caught on ring and sent to management) by a neighbor, and management sent them a warning! Don’t move here! No matter what issues you have in or with your apartment, you’ll always get the slumlord special. Move anywhere but here! Especially if they’re offering you a great monthly rate. RUN!!!!!

I would give this place a 4.5 star. The office staff are very helpful, they are available 7 days a week, the maintenance guys are great, any issue gets taken care of ASAP. And the citrus trees are the cherry on the top! The reason I took 1/2 star is that in their construction they did not account for noise from adjacent apartments. The floors are not insulated well, and the windows are not insulated well.
