Owner & Renter beware!! My husband and I had a very unfortunate experience when we signed a contract with Greenday Vacation rentals. We trusted them to manage the renting of our house for two months. Our experience was very stressful due to their dishonesty and rude behavior. We would not recommend using their services since there are many management & home rental services that would be much more accommodating in every way including their exorbitant fees and unwarranted charge backs.

Greenday Vacation Rentals comprehensivly covers all the nuances, details and amenities one could possibly think to need. You check in and seemlessly find yourself at home. If the need ever arises, the Greenday Vacation Rentals staff are friendly, professional, prompt and present. The house was as beautiful and elegantly appointed as it was represented online ~ The best vacations are the ones you don’t want to end. I have already booked my 2019 stay and look forward to my return.

From the moment I met Dan and his team I knew that I had made the right decision choosing Greenday Vacation Rentals for a much needed long weekend stay in the Desert. Past experiences with other companies had left me with doubts for any future plans towards trusting any vacation rental. A friend told me about their experience with Greenday and I allowed the opportunity to prove me wrong. To say that I was blown away is an understatement. The property was immaculate, I am a stickler about detail and Greenday's attention to it shows. I would have placed a wager on thinking that no one had ever stepped foot inside of this home. Everything seemed so fresh and new. I was greeted upon arrival by Matt who ensured that I had everything that I would need during my stay. He told me that if I had any concern, night or day, he or another member of Greenday would be available to assist. I wish I could have stayed longer, because I didn't have a need for anything, I was able to let the stress peel away like old skin and live care free for the duration of my stay. Thank you Dan Phelan and everyone at Greenday Vacation Rentals. You're truly a class above the rest and I can't wait to book another stay with you.

Really great property management company located within Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, CA. They make it all look so easy and as the homeowner you don't have to do a thing but receive the rental income every month.
