Advertised a property that was "newly refurbished" to then find out that the structure was damp and in need of extensive work. Conversations that occurred between myself and this agency were shared directly with the sellers, who then quoted emails and words used in our discussions. The sales team of Vesta insisted that the sale should go through due to the high yield that the property had the potential of generating, and that the problems found by my surveyor were "normal". Buyers' interested unaccounted for, no empathy shown whatsoever. Had to withdraw from the sale as I simply could not trust these amateurs. Find someone else, there are plenty more experienced agencies out there who will be more honest with you!

Found these guys to be really helpful when looking to purchase a Buy To Let. They understand what they are doing and know the market. Good follow up and chasing to keep the process going, especially at the moment as the market is stretched with work. Your typical estate agent doesn't seem to like to get involved in buy to let, especially with a tenant in situ, but these guys do. Would definitely recommend if your looking to buy or sell a buy to let.

Booked a house viewing with the agency. Confirmed with them 3times. Received an email confirmation at the last minute. When we get to the property, the tenants turned us away rudely saying the viewing hasn't been arranged with them. The person conduct a viewing was an outsourced agent, so she doesn't know the details that was arranged. We tried calling Vesta but no answer and noone gets back to us. A complete waste of time.
