Was solid start but has become fairly apparent a systematic way of pulling funds from smaller investors. Look into the manner different lenders are treated in terms of information flows - note the manner linkages are apparent between the core Brickowner people and first and second lenders, then us. The manner different schemes have turned from decent profit to wiping out a great deal of investment is also apparent. Search out others and let us also be part of systematic action

A complete disaster. I am lucky that I just invested a little sum, after 5 years no return at all and a projected loss of 50%. When will there be a court case against this scam?

Do not use this platform unless you wish to lose money. I feel badly let down by my investment through this platform. I invested thousands several years ago for a 1 year project which had a positive projection. Delay after delay after delay and now ridiculously high negative projections are forecast and another delay. If an investment can be likened to slow torture this is it. I was initially told things will take a turn or the investment will pay out but neither has happened. So I definitely 100% feel misled and lied to. Am shocked at how it is possible that a property investment can lead to such huge losses. The only way I can see that this could happen is through complete mismanagement of the project and funds in my opinion. The platform itself is easy to use and user friendly. Updates on investments also are given although frequency is not consistent and information regarding projections changes ALL the time. It becomes a running joke. Whilst every investment carries an element of risk the lack of transparency about how funds have been used and changing goal posts as well as what I believe to have been misleading information make me suspicious of the legitimacy of investments on this platform. I feel the way this platform operates provides an opportunity for more than usual risk, and the investor that initially brokered this deal and the construction company are both out of business so draw your own conclusions about that. I am therefore sceptical about other positive reviews for other investments on this platform because of my negative experience. In my opinion the reviews here cannot be based on real verified investments and may be down to company marketing.

This company is nothing short of criminal.
No sight of money 5 yrs after investing for a simple renovation. Excuse after excuse. Death by a thousand cuts. No transparency of how the funds have been used.
Will start legal proceedings.
The only positive reviews on here are from friends and relatives of Brickowner, just another scam.

I have been investing in Brick Owner since 2017, as an alternative income stream. The site is easy to use and has all the information you need to make an informed investment choice. The placement offers are primarily construction related, some projects come in on time, some are late but all offer a substantially greater returns than saving in a bank. A great service for those of us with a little bit of money to invest.

Appalling experience. Lost 100% of my investment - just notified 5 years after supposed maturity date. Appalling communication and non existent service, will look into whether it is a scam/fraud etc . As a property investment, the worst I have ever done - to be avoided.
