We didn't buy the house from them because of Matt, he is reluctant to sell. The longer he is selling the longer he will keep his chair and the base salary. Lack of knowledge of property, no tours, no follow-ups. Rude when you come with a broker. His attitude "This place is selling well, so don't waste my time, are you giving money or what?". This community is under construction, like forever? There is no due date, basically, if you brought money they will start to build your house. This community has about 500 houses with only 1 small pool and 160 HOA, where those money goes? They even deleted the GYM from the plan to make this community super cheap. Super cheap and low-quality houses, no handles on the kitchen cabinets, wow.

The worst customer service! I tried to reach the Sales Office by phone and got a voice mail. Mariessa texted me a few minutes later, she said she was on the other line and couldn't pick up, and asked how she could assist me. I texted her back with a few questions, it's been over three hours and no response. I tried their online chat, but could only leave a message, no response to that either. I will take my clients to another new home community. This was completely unprofessional. It would be a stellar idea if a Salesperson answered the phone. If I could have given no stars, I would have!

If you’re going to spend your money to buy a new home, please don’t choose this location and company to work with. Their staff is so rude and disrespectful. We had left a detailed review before abs they somehow deleted it so I just wanted to come on here and let you all know to be careful when dealing with these guys. Go to discovery homes or other companies around this area and you will feel the difference in hien quality as well as better customer service.
