I completely understand why this company's reviews are so low. I've been trying to contact Justin Hoover for over a month to receive payment, but each time I call, I get sent to voicemail. I've called the front desk and the young lady who answers is very polite but i can never get past the front desk. I will be going to pay them a visit in person.
I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

I have known Kenny for years. He used to have a stellar reputation. These days, I wouldn't give his company a dime. He's good at closing deals, but he isn't very good at seeing them through. I think I am averaging 3.5% returns. I hear that is better than some other investors. Instead of moving on and cashing out on a deal, he seems to like to hold on to them.
On top of that, they cannot do repetitive paperwork. I do not know why. Every year you have to tell the IRS what the value of your investment is when using a retirement trust. You'd think with all the investors they have using a Trust account, they'd know how to do the paperwork. Every year I'd rather go to the dentist than deal with them. Every year it is the same problem with getting the paperwork. Every year they lie to me and tell me the process has change, when I fill out the exact same paperwork for other folks. It's petty stuff and yet they cannot manage it. Why would I trust them for the big stuff.

Did you pay the contractors? It seems you failed to do that regarding 7750 Windsor as you still owe $60k. For the services that were provided by a small woman owned and veteran operated business. That woman is my wife and I am the veteran. Not to mention one of our officers was assaulted protecting your "investment". We have 7 kids, 20 officer, and their families who rely on our Business. Additionally, my wife met with you and you said we would have 20k by Friday. Still we have no money. I have the recording if you need a reminder. I will remove this comment the second that you settle your debt or I will continue to post statements like these on every single social media platform that you are on. The choice is yours clock is ticking.

Investing with Kenny was a terrible experience. His communication process is horrible. I personally lost 50k and I am leaving this review in hopes of saving somebody else from making the same mistake I did. Unfortunately, I am also in his CRE funds and he was just voted out of the manager position by the investors. That should tell you evening you need to know..

In one of my investments, approximately 2 million dollars was misdirected. I have proof of this however, Google will not allow me to upload image.

My second investment, was an office conversion in downtown Dallas to apartments. This specific property was in foreclosure, not once but twice within 9 months of closing and then they had the audacity to do a capital call.

My third investment, which was before I knew about the issues with the first two, otherwise I wouldn’t have invested was going to be a fund of two properties. I, as one of the investors was not notified in advance that this investment would only be one property. We, as the investors were not given an option to withdrawal because of the significant change to the offering.

Wolfe Investments failed to honor their agreement and refused to pay for services rendered, displaying unprofessionalism and a lack of integrity. I do not recommend working with them due to their disregard for financial obligations.

Made an investment in a real estate trust. Performed below expectations. Communication from Wolf was slow to come. Investment was not managed very well. Was sold after 4 years. Returned about 5%. Was slower than expected to return invested funds. Tax documents took 1 year + to finally receive. Many emails and calls were slow to return. Quite a few investment opportunities available. Will look elsewhere to put my funds
