Coastal Car Care Center went above and beyond to fix a coolant leak on my truck.
Called them on a Friday morning and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule.
I was really thankful since I was leaving the next day. Zack was very professional kept me posted throughout the day on their progress.
I know if it wasn’t for his and the shops extra hard work, I wouldn’t have been on the road the next day. The price to fix my truck was very reasonable.
Wish there was a repair shop like this in my town!!! Thanks again!

I came to this service center in the middle of a road trip, no appointment, just looking for an oil change.
However, the mechanics discovered that a rock had penetrated and lodged itself in my car's oil pan. The damage to the pan left my car with alarmingly little oil, and it needed to be addressed immediately. The professionals at Coastal Car Care Center were able to repair the damage done to my vehicle within the day for a very reasonable fee.
Luckily, my car's engine sustained no internal damage despite its low oil level. Even more luckily, I found a quality service center when I needed it the most.

Great shop, great staff! I’ve had a couple oil changes already, big thumbs up for the service, but the guys at Coastal car care really saved me when the main battery was going down in my hybrid. They got me back on the road, took time to talk to me about what was going on and why my car broke down to begin with and provided tips for future car maintenance on my own. Great attention to detail, will be back again! As a female going to a mechanic, it can be difficult to find a shop to trust; these guys are it.

Went in without an appointment because my check engine light came on. They got right on my car and found the problem which is under factory warranty so I have to take it to a dealership to fix. My only suggestion would be to put a cover on the floorboard to prevent footprints.

Stopped here on a road trip through Crescent City after my car started misfiring. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - answered questions, even helped me interpret codes and run initial diagnostics. They fit me in to an already full schedule and had me back on the road in an hour! Great experience overall!

Rented a car last minute and this family owned business was very accommodating. They were also kind enough to bring us the vehicle. It was immaculate and very reliable. Prices were very fair as well. Thank you again, would absolutely recommend them.
