Person I talked to acted like it was a bother to be helpful. So rude! Wanted a space to fit our 26ft travel trailer and two cars for more than a month. He wanted to squeeze us into a space that was not going to work. The other spaces available that would work, he would not give us, due to the fact that they are only giving those to the people who were a month or less. We drove two hours to look at the site, paid for a hotel. Called him and asked to meet us to look at the spaces available. He said no, there is only one space available. If you are the owner and see this, please find someone else to manage your place. If you look, many spaces are available. He chooses what he wants to do, not for your business, but for what he decides. Being from out of town, looking to start a business here. So disappointing to find bad customer service

We've lived here for a while now, and it's been amazing. Nice, quiet, animal friendly, nothing gets stolen, nice neighbors, nice manager. Cheap laundry(way cheaper than laundry matts), and there's a soda machine. Overall, this is an amazing park with a wooden fence and a quick, like 10-15 minute walk from the beach.

The dude that I dealt with, for the couple of days that I had reserved asked me 21 questions plus about my self in my life leading me to believe that he might do month to month but eventually shut me down. He did this a couple of times after my two days reservation was up. I had asked if he would consider a monthly stay for myself. I towed my own trailer it was in 10 times better condition than his other tenants there, I felt completely judged just because I was a student and traveling and not currently employed though I told him I could pay months in advance. In the end, I was only able to stay for two nights, even though the entire park was empty with the exception of people that looked like they were completely rooted there with all of their stuff outside.

We stayed here a few days ago... Let's start by saying the manager is very cool. Easy to talk to, and helpful. The park is not a comparable to 5-Star resort. But it has both charm and very nice full time residence.

We used Passport America and we more than happy. We asked politely for a sunny spot, and the manager helped us find it and park.

In this case, judge the great price, happy neighbors, and a great manager and.... super reasonable washers/dryers....!!!

This is the worst Good Sam park we have ever stayed at. The electric is always surging the weeds are long and over grown, the traffic noise is aweful the guy running around on a riding lawn mower all the time, not pet friendly, always wanting more personal info in order to stay, laundry room is full of spiders and the washers and dryers are in disrepair, we're told we cant use the bathrooms and showers because we were booked for a month, oh and they lost our reservations and some very shady people living there. On a good note they do have great water pressure.

We stayed here in February 2020 for two weeks. The on site manager was laid back and helpful. The park was clean and well kept, quiet and no one in your face. My son was able to learn to ride his bicycle, we were left alone and overall highly recommend this RV park! Crescent city itself is really beautiful with the ocean and the redwood forest, there's so much to do!! The only thing that was annoying was the air horn going off every 10 seconds at the harbour!

Felt very misled by their web page. Expecting something akin to other Good Sam parks we have stayed at and found a full time RV park, that rents out the open spots for short stays. We were told it would be cash or check only, and the office was closed when we got there Saturday morning. There was a box for 'after hours' check in, but no instructions. We called a nearby RV park and left immediately! My guess is this is a very nice/reasonably priced place for long term RV stays, but just not a destination park.

We stayed there about 6 months. It has underwent a major management over haul. Which was much needed. We meet amazing friends who often brought us crabs and fish. It's a comfortable safe park with large grassy areas.
The down fall is the roads are in shock poor repair and really she be forced.
