I used to have a great experience with Land Rover Rocklin, but unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. The level of communication has become terrible, and the staff now seems unprofessional and uninterested in helping customers. It feels like they don’t care about customer service anymore. I expected much better from a dealership that once had a good reputation. If they don’t improve, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Very disappointing experience!

I bought a used 2017 Mercedes E300 sedan over the weekend. The car is beautiful and when I picked it up for delivery, it was full of gas and very clean. Austin and Richard were great. They made the process very easy and had fun as well. Thank you for taking the time to sell me a car that I have been looking for quite some time! Went in to look at a Velar and fell in love with it. AJ, Austin, and Tim were all helpful. We've since had a minor issue that they were able to resolve right away without any hassle. The finance/warranty was also smooth. We have ordered after market parts and Joe was friendly and really helpful in that process.

Initial communication with Taylor excellent, very responsive and welcoming while viewing and driving vehicles. Upon sitting down to purchase he mentioned the dealership sales process was now no negotiating, he'd show me the price, what the trade offer would be and extra buy up packages and if I didn't agree I could walk away. Next thing I know another gentleman sits down with and offer and every extra package available. My reply was to ask for all the extra package brochures to take home and read over and decline the trade offer. The gentleman leaves and comes back minutes later with a counter offer. I let them know I put off car shopping for a year mainly due to not wanting to go through this type of "sales" process. Again, I say give me the extra package brochures to take home and read over and decline the increased trade offer. He leaves and a few minutes later Eli sits down with another counter offer. I despise these sales tactics but the deal is looking better so they finally agree to let my wife and I go to breakfast and read brochures and discuss it. As we're walking to our car Eli stops us offering more for our trade to get us to stay. We decline,
We come back and make the deal. The trade in amount was not the amount Eli mentioned when we left. I asked why and he said "I said, "if" I can get you this much will you stay". I let them know I didn't not want RecovR but I was forced to purchase it if I wanted the car. RecovR has terrible reviews and isn't user friendly.
Upon signing the papers Eli lowered the price on another option I had declined.
When I arrived home I notices the charging cord was not in the vehicle. I have no issues here as we were in a hurry to get home and neither Taylor or we had time to go ove all the details.
Since I live in Reno we had to figure out a date and time to do the paint and interior seal. Texting back and forth with Taylor about a date we agreed on Tuesday the 8th. I let Taylor know there was two other issues needing to be looked at while the car was there. He assured me he'd make sure the issues were looked in to. When I arrived I could tell the service dept knew nothing about my appointment or the service issues. They eventually found a "due bill" for the paint and interior protection but told me there were a lot of cars ahead and would I be able to leave the car for a few days. Obviously this was not an option so the service rep said he's see what could be done. I had mentioned to him I'd rather have the problems looked at in Reno than stay in Rocklin all day.
When Taylor arrived we spoke about what had happened and between them they secured me a loaner car and said they'de deliver my car when it was complete. I was pleased about this resolve, however, when my car was returned the service issues were not dealt with or even looked at. When I asked the service rep why he said, "I thought you said you'd take care of it in Reno" On my end I'm thinking "you have the car why not take care of it?"
Finally, every person at the dealership was friendly and anxious to hep. The atmosphere is great and I love the car and enjoy driving it. I only wish the process would have been different.

While their dealer notes claim "This vehicle has been through a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process" my 2024 Genesis GV80 with 2000 miles was delivered to me out of state with undisclosed extensive house paint over spray and damage to the rear hatch that was very poorly touched up. I had been repeatedly assured by the sales managers and sales associates that the car was "perfect". The vehicle was returned to them.
They would not refund me the shipping charges, despite their misrepresentation of the vehicles condition. It is now for sale again. Stock #7815UU. Buyer beware !
