Danielle was very prompt and professional, and followed up daily. Because of the insurance situation in California, the escrow process was delayed. Thanks to Danielle and her follow up, my approval and the purchase of my mobile in the park would have been completed in less than two weeks, allowing me to use Thanksgiving to move. Only the complication of purchasing property insurance in the state of California held things up, and Danielle was very helpful in that process as well.

When an insurer was finally found, she recommended an inspector that was able to come the next day to complete the process.
