Replaced impeller and pump housing, in and out very quickly. A bit more then I wanted to spend, but it was reasonable priced based on availability and estimates from other shops. Owner was knowledgeable and up front about the work and pricing. Overall great service and would recommend to others.

Please stay away from this place. Not honest at all. I took my jet ski here Bc it tipped over so I wanted him to remove any water it may have gotten and do a diagnostic to make sure it was good. He charged me $350 to remove water, a new battery, and a diagnostic. He said water was not the problem. He said he took it for a test run and I need a new drive shaft and pto and it would cost at least $1500 to fix. I wanted a second opinion so I picked it up. When I got there it was not put back together. He said that it needs to be taken apart anyway. I took it somewhere else and they put all my old parts in Bc nothing was wrong with them. I was up and running strong in less than 2 hours. He’s a scammer. Don’t trust them.

Delta Watercraft is the only place I take my watercraft for service and repairs. The owner Jeff is extremely knowledgable with Boats and Jet Ski's. I've come here several times throughout the years. Jeff provides great service, his pricing is more than fair and his knowledge is unsurpassed. He's one of a kind!

Took my skis to Jeff for a overheating problem on one ski and tune up both for the summer. I was quoted around 1500( included other repairs Jeff said i should do) and agreed to repairs. Picked up ski's, dropped in the water and.....Nope still overheating. Take them back for him to take another look, couple days later i get a call from Jeff. Head gasket needs replace, I agree to repairs. Get ski back on a Saturday evening. dropped it in the water and drove it to my dock in Discovery Bay, tied it to dock. Next day i go out to dock and ski was under water. I put it on boat lift to find he( or one of his workers) didn't put grate back on. Well bolt that holds grate goes right into to the hull and bolt was gone along with grate. Called Jeff and he said bring it back down that i must have hit something and it was ripped off ski. I drove maybe 3-5 miles( yacht club to Dune point) and hit nothing, also no signs of damage under ski. Bring it back to Jeff for the third time and a few thousand dollars. My ski's are now worse now before i brought them to him. He than said i need to pay him to have the water extracted from ski's, but he would give me a good deal. Obviously i did not have him touch my Ski and went to The Ski Clinic in Antioch. I was charged 1500 more dollars to extract water. I'm now $3000-4,000 into ski's for a simple head gasket and tune up. My ADVICE Save yourself the HEADACHE/MONEY and go somewhere else. Their are legitimate and professional repair shops out there.

No to customer friendly, I felt like they didn't want my business & didn't show any interest when obviously I took it to them because I wanted it done by a professional shop. I can't say anything about the quality of work but I would not refer them to anyone base on they're unwelcoming customer service.
