I just want to write a quick note about Mary Bell. We interviewed several agents over the phone and just felt so comfortable with Mary. She was super knowledgeable about the area and was so confident that she could sell our house for the best price.
Once she put the sign in the ground, it was on! Constant open houses, her social media presence was on point, and her follow up was perfect. Her work ethic is second to none!
The bottom line is that we are really happy with Mary Bell and we've already recommended her to some family and friends.

BARBARA TURBVILLE is literally one of the most honest, sweet, PATIENT, get it done, tell it like it is realtors we have ever met. My husband was communicating with her way before we ever met and he always thought very high of her, and she proved him right. Thank you for sticking in there with us, although things got a little heck-tick at times you always kept a smile and gave us an encouraging word. She even sweet talked the buyer into allowing up to move in early. We are truly grateful for her. She is definitely the bomb!!!

BENNY ROBERTS was an amazing realtor. He was always responsive with phone calls, texts, and emails. Never had to wait on this guy he was always right there when I needed him. Since it was my first time buying a home he held my hand all the way through the process. Not once did I feel like he left me out to dry. This guy knows what he's doing and does it well. Called to try and get a video tour of 154 Fairoaks St, Gadsden, AL 35901 and the listing agents told our agent that she was not going to do it because it was 1 hour away, but maybe on Sat. Really. What are the sellers paying for?
