April was a huge asset to us in helping prepare our home to sell. She had great ideas as to what we should do and what we should avoid doing. Her list of contractors and contacts to help us with the work was invaluable!
After getting the home ready April did an awesome job marketing the home. We had a large amount of showings immediately and got the home under contract for above the asking price in only 3 days. April then handled everything for us all the way to closing. She made the entire process very easy!
We would highly recommend April to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home. If we ever move again she will be the first person we call!!
