At first, I was skeptical as any one would be when meeting a new agent. However, after our first online meetings and in-person contacts, you can easily see she wishes for your best intentions. Once you agree on a budget, location and other necessities, she will do her outmost to provide the best apartments within reach. I am truly grateful for having her by my side during my decision.

My daughter came to Warsaw to rent an apartment, and to get organized and prepare for her first year at the University, and as her mother I accompanied her. To both of us, Warsaw and Poland were completely new and foreign.
Carina took us to her care, showed us endless apartments until we found the one that was suited to my daughter, as far as both location and condition. She did it professionally, patiently teaching us rules, expectations, and everything we needed to know and more about renting and living in Warsaw. I highly recommend this agency. Everything is professional, fast and reliable. The renting process took only 3 days for me. The first day - a reviewing of apartments offered for rent in the "today for today" mode. The second day - familiarization with the draft of contract, necessary documents and discussion of details. The third day - meeting with owners, signing the contract, getting the keys. It is super fast for the local market. I am a foreign student that came to Warsaw for the long term. I got Carina’s number from a fellow student to find an apartment.
I contacted Carina a few weeks before my flight to Warsaw, and she immediately answered my text. She showed me a lot of high-quality apartments within my budget. She was patient and super lovely during the whole process.
She found me a great apartment in an excellent location, and within my budget frame, she wrote the contract, and we signed it remotely, and it was smooth and efficient.
When I came to Warsaw, she picked me up from the airport. She took me to my brand new apartment when I met my new owner, and a few seconds after that, the WIFI company rang the doorbell after Carina arranged the installation of the WIFI network for me. She helped me adjust my new life while being super friendly and super professional. Her service was above and beyond the standard service of a real state agent.
She is fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to Warsaw!

אני סטודנט שבא ללמוד בוורשה לתקופה ארוכה. קיבלתי את המספר של קרינה מסטודנט במטרה למצוא דירה לגור בה בזמן הלימודים. דיברתי עם קרינה כמה שבועות לפני שאני מגיע לוורשה והיא מיד ענתה היא הראתה לי המן דירות יפות במסגרת התקציב שלי. היא הייתה סבלנית נעימה ומאוד מועילה עם עצות על האזורים השונים בעיר. בסוף, היא מצאה לי דירה מדהימה, במיקום מדהים ובמסגרת התקציב שלי. שהגעתי לוורשה היא אספה אוי משדה התעופה ודאגה לי להכל: ביטוח לדירה, קניות לריהוט בית (למרות שהדירה מרוהטת לחלוטין), סיור בשכונה החדשה, מספר טלפון מקומי ועוד המון דברים...!
היא מקצועית, סופר נחמדה ואדיבה, יודעת לנהל חוזים בשלט רחוק וכמובן גם סיורי דירות בכל העיר.
כל אחד שיגיע לוורשה אני אמליץ עליה כטלפון הראשון שצריך לעשות!

Ja niestety jestem zawiedziona na współpracy z Cariną. Dołożyła wszelkich starań bym nieruchomości nie kupiła. Niestety osoba która sprzedawała lokal została przez nią zmanipulowana i wprowadzona w błąd (wiem, bo mam z właścicielką apartamentu kontakt). Kierując się własnym interesem podczas już pierwszej rozmowy potraktowała mnie jak "nikogo" twierdząc, że mi się nie uda kupić mieszkania. Nie znając mojej sytuacji finansowej, stwierdziła że to się nie uda. Przeciągała sprzedaż, a kiedy już wszystko było uzgodnione i właściciel lokalu był zdecydowany na sprzedaż, to Carina, która miała tylko przeprowadzić transakcję, wbrew istniejącemu prawu i zasadom oskarżyła mnie że moje warunki są obarczone dużym ryzykiem dla sprzedającego - a chciałam dać 50 % wartości lokalu jako zaliczka na mieszkanie, płacić czynsz przez 4 miesiące i resztę pieniędzy dać za 4 miesiące. Gdzie tu ryzyko sprzedającego?
Zdecydowanie NIE polecam.

Nieprofesjonalna obsługa. Pani ukrywająca się pod imieniem Carina jest po porostu niegrzeczna, arogancka, żeby nie powiedzieć dosadniej. Unikam i nie polecam.
