Jerry did a fantastic job helping my husband and me to get our house ready to sale. Jerry is the best agent I’ve ever used- we met one day while I was walking my dog and Jerry was out knocking on doors in my neighborhood looking for a home for one of his clients. While everyone is bidding up, he as a buyer agent bids down, brought the the listing price 545K down to a 415K sold, got us our dream house for over 100K plus saving under listed price.
