The salesman Terrence Forman was a first rate salesman. When I wanted to look at used homes he would always be straight with me and my wife. But we had several homes bought after we placed bid due to some people offering cash. We gave up but I looked at some new homes without Terrence but called him immediately and added him to the deal because I couldn’t count him out. Well the builder would not take our deal. Terrence said I may know of another new subdivision down the road. He contacted me the next day and asked if we could meet with him. We have been in our new home almost 1 month due to the dedication of Terrence Forman. I don’t think there is anyone that I would ever want to deal with. If and when I will buy again it will be with Terrence in my corner of it won’t be done.
