ILLEGAL ACTIONS!!!

This is my first review in 50 years! Let me start by saying that on the very first day of moving in, George immediately came with accusations, saying there should be no guests (even though the lease agreement states otherwise) and said no dogs were allowed, even though I have a service dog, which is illegal to prohibit. And it was my FISRT day at the house.

I am a person with disabilities, and I asked for the outdoor furniture to be removed as it was preventing me from setting up my medical equipment. The realtor never mentioned there would be this furniture, and before signing the lease, I had specifically requested for it to be removed. Afterward, I asked George several times, but got no response. I also asked George about the Wi-Fi, and only after two weeks did I receive an answer saying I needed to install it myself. However, when I reached out to the owner directly, the owner told me there was Wi-Fi in the house and gave me the password.

Additionally, George gave me false information regarding the lease agreement and the owner, which is illegal according to the law! He was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I lived at my previous place for over 10 years and never encountered such treatment. This is discrimination against a person with a disability! I am shocked…

Malorie at Park Ocean Condominiums is the best! My roommates and I moved here a few months ago and so far our experience in the building with Malorie as its property manager has been great! She’s been a smiling and welcoming presence for us since we got here, plus, she is super on top of maintaining the building and keeping us residents in the loop about the goings ons at Park Ocean.
