My job is to call and offer cleaning service to different companies. There receptionist was very rude. I have never worked a job where it is ok to be rude to the person calling and hang up in their face. I am a sales person, but there is not a single company in the world that does not rely on sales and marketing to be successful. if it wasn't for sales, there would be no need for a receptionist. I expect for the people answering the phones ot be as respectful as I am obligated to be in my own profession, no matter who is calling. The most frustrating part is she is making the decision for the owner, instead of passing along the message so they can make the decisions themselves. It's pretty annoying the things I go through in my line of work, and I have to remain polite and professional, while this woman only has to answer phones all day and she still can't remain professional. she is bad for their business. bad customer service on the phones.

By far the worst building to rent from. Air conditioning is always broke. Front desk guys are extremely rude. DO NOT rent from with them.
