Worst place ever!! Uncomfortable even being at the property. Omar the valet guy is super aggressive and thinks he’s secret service. So many amazing building in area to live. Not here!

AKA Beverly Hills is the most fantastic hotel there is. The staff is the best. A shout out to Ricardo always friendly and so he. This was our third year visiting AKA Beverly Hills. The location is perfect. Easy access to the surrounding areas. Totally quiet inside our unit. We will be back next year.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and with excellent service.|The suite itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. AKA Beverly Hills has an excellent location with ok interior design and efficient room layouts. However, their practices can be quite abusive. For instance, during my mother's four-week treatment at UCLA, we rented a two-bedroom apartment. The second bedroom had no shades, and when we requested them, we were told there would be an additional charge. For the high rent, it's unreasonable to lease a room without proper curtains. Additionally, my mom made an overseas call for about four to five minutes, and we received a nearly $300 bill. The televisions were very old, lacked streaming services, and were very small; for the amount they charge, they should have the latest generation smart TVs. These experiences suggest caution due to their abusive practices. Despite the good location, the rooms could be better for the price. I am not planning to come back ever again

My stay at the AKA was outstanding. The property is beautifully located and impeccably maintained and serviced. The entire staff, front desk reception, car valets, maintenance, housekeeping, were all most accommodating and responsive to any request, and always with a smile. ||Special shoutouts to Roman, Ricardo, Jazmine and Robert at reception, head of housekeeping Adelina, and bellmen and car valets David and Troy. ||Couldn’t be happier, my highest recommendation— top cabin all the way!

Such a waste of real estate!!!! If you ONLY care about good location and you absolutely have no other choice, then I'd go with them. For the price we paid for a suite, we got a 50 yr old if not older dish / washer that we had to use everyday given the toddler's needs, amount of noise it made, we had to leave the unit when ever it was running (and wasn't a short run time!) . Argued and never got it looked at.
Another incident, had to come back in the middle of the night to get into my room (although the same lady had checked me in to the room herself) she insisted it was "protocol" calling into the room and ended up waking up my son after 2 hours of drive I had to go around putting him to sleep. Very careless and unattentive front desk staff with zero management attention (as none of our emails to them got attention). Seems they ONLY care about short term transactional view and hope these reviews get people's attention so you at least take a second to check all your options before going with AKA!

We live in Israel but spend the summers traveling. My wife’s from LA and has family and many friends there so we go every year. The apartment structure along with front desk services, easy parking and a fantastic location makes this a perfect set-up for us. The prevalence of so many guests from the Middle East is fun. I like to say that Beverly Hills is where Israelis and Arabs meet to eat Italian food. It is pretty much true. Having Whole Foods just up the street is extra convenient. ||The staff is friendly and efficient. Roman especially has looked out for us for many years.
