Worse managers our smaller HOA had in 30 years of the Association. Go elsewhere for your HOA and property needs.
McCabe Property Management writes their own reviews, hence the high rating. I know of 5 HOA whose several homeowners wrote true reviews that are not listed. McCabe Property Managers did nothing of what they said they would for our Association and after two years of promising to reimburse the "overcharges" stole money from our accounts and vanished. They swore they had offices, which is not true and never came on sight as promised. We tried everything to work with them. They'd promise to rectify their mistake(s) but continued to create them and we'd get the bills. Our Board was embarrassed to have hired them on behalf of our Association.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! McCabe is a SHAM! I am, unfortunately still dealing with this nightmare of a company as they have hijaked our accounts of the HOA and are not only refusing to release them AFTER we fired them, but they are refusing to accept the fact that they have been fired!! They are non responsive to our emails, texts, or calls, they are RUDE, and are committing fraudulent acts by keeping our accounts HOSTAGE! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will steal your money, they will NOT pay your vendors, they will ruin ALL of the relationships that you have with your vendors, and they will let your building deteriorate while they continue to steal your money. This company has NUMEROUS lawsuits on their hands and no doubt are using the money of other buildings to pay them off. They haven’t paid our gas and DWP for almost 6 months, they allowed our building insurance to lapse and then CANCELLED it without telling us putting our building into a vulnerable state and refused to respond to our pleading emails/calls/texts. They wouldn’t set up any meetings, they wouldn’t give the HOA access to the bank account, refused to share ANY financials with the board when requested, and their supposed portal has not been set up in MONTHS since being hired. They are not only fraudulent but also completely useless as a management company. This is not over yet. Stay tuned for an update on McCabe Property MISmanagement.

McCabe Management has been serving the property management needs of condominiums and apartments for almost 25 years. That by itself should say something. One of the things that has always impressed me about the business is how much of a personal interest they take in each property. It's not just about buildings and people, it's about homes and residents. Whether there are issues that arise in the off hours or on weekends or during the business day, they are responsive and supportive of the needs of the residents and owners. They deserve an A+!

Jonathan and Joseph ALWAYS go above and beyond and have always done everything known to man to help us when asked. We've even had them out to our building at 4 am and couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service they have given us.

Again, we highly recommend them and will continue using them until the time comes for a change.

Joseph McCabe and his team manages my building in the greater Los Angeles area. They are very good at what they do and they really know the law. They are also very good at bringing together the community when the community would rather not be near one another. They fixed our run down building, got all homeowners paying, and even got us on track financially along the way. Roberto is very nice and Les is a sweetheart. Jonathan takes care of everything else under the sun including taking care of the older people who are not very computer savvy.

I recommend anyone who needs management to give them a call and secure their services before you get with an incompetent management company like most of them are these days.
