I cannot say enough good things about Andy and his team. We had to sell our home rather quickly to get ready for the purchase of our new home (we are working with Andy on that as well).
Andy was instrumental in guiding us on repairs/upgrades so that we can capitalize on the sale of our home.
He walked us through the process and answered our numerous calls/texts/emails promptly, patiently and kindly. He always provided us with an answer and helped us make the best decision possible.
Andy arranged for cleaning and staging, hosted open houses, fielded inquiries and ended up getting us several thousands of dollars over asking price.

I cant say enough about Andy, I have entered this process of finding a home for my business with other agents over the years and I was never successful. Andy never stopped, he went to every limit to find the right home for us. Andy helped us find a new location for our gym. We loved working with him. He was quick in scheduling showings for locations that met our requirements. Once we decided on a space he helped negotiating the terms and quickly got us under contract. Wow! What a nice feeling to have finally found the right home. I am now fully moved in and happy to have become a proud home owner. This is the first home I have purchased.
