There are a lot of realtors out there, but there is only one Ben Belack. Smart, ethical, reasonable, straightforward and an expert strategist, Ben was our rock as we parted ways with our home in the Hollywood Hills. Selling a home isn’t just transactional, it’s highly charged with emotions, family history, a million steps and a fight for what’s fair.  Ben was there for us at every step with excellent communication and expert advice as we navigated a roller coaster of a sale through an unpredictable buyer with an inexperienced buyer’s agent all timed over the holidays and LA fires. To put it mildly, it was stressful, but Ben (ever the diplomat) was in our corner and guided us with patience, humor and kindness, while representing us with strength and reason… even when we were having a few unreasonable thoughts and ideas.  He kept the whole thing on track (buyer cancelled and he revived it!) and CLOSED at a fair number for BOTH sides.  Sure, we could have rolled the dice and gotten a few more shekels, but Ben was thorough, assessed the risks and dug DEEP into the loose ends of the negotiation (talking personally to the lender, the inspectors, even the pool guy) to root out the truth. To put it mildly, Ben put our family at ease and closed. ABC is the rule of thumb, but with Ben, it's ABCWE (Always Be Closing With Ethics). Although our next purchase will likely be on the East Coast, if we wander back to SoCal, Ben will be our first call.

Ben Belack sold our house in Wilshire Vista and was the best realtor I've ever worked with - he was great at educating us about the current market, letting us know what we needed to do to prepare the house to be sold, finding us a buyer, and getting us a great deal. Ben Belack is 5 stars. Tens across the board. Regardless if you are selling your house or looking for a new one, you couldn't have a better advocate on your side. My husband and I purchased our first home with Ben, we purchased a second one, and we're currently selling the first. Ben has been a godsend through it all. In what could typically be stressful situations, he's remained calm, confident, and communicative, and the process has not only been easy, but enjoyable. He's a shark and obviously cares that he negotiates an amazing deal, but he also cares about YOU! He leaves no stone unturned, no question is left unanswered, and no concern is not address. Everything is backed up with proof and data and his super power is that no one feels alienated or disrespected. He's honest, tough, and charming as hell!
