Bill’s professionalism, openness, transparency, ability to communicate and answer all bidders questions through written responses, photos, voice over videos and other information he had access to through the original owner made the whole process very easy and comfortable for me.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with William Baker, a real estate agent and car enthusiast, who sold my husband his dream car, a rare 2012 Porsche Boxster Spyder in mint condition. Although I have not worked with William in purchasing real estate, the wonderful experience I had with this car purchase clearly reflects the qualities that make him an outstanding real estate agent.

My husband and I live on the East Coast and were surprised to find that his dream car was connected to a Beverly Hills real estate agent working at a firm featured in a Netflix reality TV show. Expecting a lot of drama, I was most pleasantly surprised when I first spoke with William. He was straightforward, direct, and promptly answered all of our questions, providing requested documents without delay and with no drama.

Negotiating the deal was incredibly easy, even though we made the mistake of choosing an unfamiliar lender, which delayed the closing and caused us significant stress. When my tone shifted to become slightly adversarial, William's calm demeanor and gentle reminder that we both shared the same objective - to complete the sale - put my nerves at ease and kept the transaction positive.

William went above and beyond throughout the process. The transport company contacted him two days earlier than scheduled, on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, stating they were there to pick up the car. At the time, William was out of town attending a function. Rather than refuse and risk delaying the delivery, William left his function, drove an hour to meet the driver, and ensured the car was safely transported. He even texted my husband photos of the car being loaded into the enclosed trailer and documented the entire process.

William kept us updated by email and text on every detail of the sale throughout the closing process and the subsequent three weeks until the car was picked up by the transporter. He was wonderful to deal with, showing knowledge, honesty, attentiveness, and an impressive focus on detail. He understood the importance of this sale to us and ensured everything from his end was stress-free. Throughout this transaction, he was a true gentleman.

William's success as a real estate agent in Beverly Hills, surrounded by fine homes and cars, is no surprise. He demonstrated all the attributes one would desire in a buyer's or seller's agent - forthrightness, availability, and extensive knowledge. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
