Tara is not only the best real estate agent that I've ever worked with (and i've worked with several over the years), but also one of the most hard-working, thoughtful, and results-oriented professionals I've ever met.

As Buyers Agent:
-Tara knows the LA real estate market cold. Upon starting our search, Tara gave us a great overview of the different LA markets. This was extremely valuable as we were new to LA and this made us feel much more confident about the areas we were targeting.

-Tara was extremely available to do showings and take all follow-up questions. Because of her focus, we were able to find a place very quickly. And Tara was a great strategist in helping us win, but not overpay, on a multi-bidder property that ended up being our home in Santa Monica.

-Tara has a great network of professionals, all of whom are really top tier -- Lenders, general and specific inspectors, designers, etc. Everything you need to not only get through the process but feel confident about everyone you are interacting with. Tara's network of Lenders is particularly impressive -- they were all eager to close this deal for Tara.

As Sellers Agent:
- Though Tara was amazing on the buy side, she REALLY shined on the sell side. While we loved the property were purchased with her several years before (described above), life circumstances changed and we were looking to sell our property in a really tough seller's market (high interest rates, a lot of economic and political uncertainty, not a lot of activity or comps for a property like ours).

- We approached Tara as soon as we thought about selling and she came up with an extremely strategic plan. She considers all of the details including -- best seasonal windows to sell, competing properties and comps, positioning the property, pre-market out reach, general marketing, open houses, bid process -- every aspect of the sales process was meticulously thought through and planned.

- Tara was decisive in how to market the property and again had an excellent network of professionals to do all the work needed before hitting market (fresh paint, handyman work, decorating, etc). All of these details that she thought through made a huge difference in the outcome of our sale.

- While Tara was able to garner tons of interest and get us multiple bidders, she expertly handled the best and final process. She knew exactly how to run the process, position the property to the interested buyers, and get us the best result possible.

- We got an amazing result-- nearly 35% over asking and 800K over our initial purchase price 2.5 years before. But it's not just the result. It's how we got there. Tara was so adept at handling all of the different aspects of the sale -- open houses, cultivating interest, negotiating with buyers, taking control of the process. I can very confidently say we would not have gotten this result without all of the hard work, planning, and execution that Tara delivered.

Bottom Line:

- No one can guarantee results. But Tara is going to put you in the absolute best position you can be in with your property. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property in Los Angeles and she would be my first call if I were ever looking to buy or sell in Los Angeles again.
